Abstraction
  • The Southeast Sulawesi NTP index in September 2018 was recorded at 95.78 or an increase of 0.52 percent compared to the previous month which was 95.29. The FTT index of each sub-sector is listed as follows: Food Crop Subsector (NTPP) 87.15; Horticulture Subsector (NTPH) 95.75; People's Plantation Plant Subsector (NTPR) 89.29; Livestock Subsector (NTPT) 106.86; and Fisheries Subsector (NTNP) 117.79. Whereas the National NTP Index is 103.17 or an increase of 0.59 percent from the previous 102.56.
  • In September 2018, nationally there were 23 provinces experiencing an increase in the NTP Index and 10 other provinces experienced a decline. The highest increase was recorded in Jambi Province at 1.68 percent, while the largest decrease was recorded in Bangka Belitung Province at 1.18 percent.
  • In September 2018 the Province of Southeast Sulawesi recorded rural deflation of 0.67 percent. This was due to a significant decline in the price index in the foodstuffs group, which amounted to 1.68 percent despite an increase in other groups, namely processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco by 0.15 percent; housing group by 0.06 percent; clothing group 0.22 percent; health group 0.12 percent; education, recreation and sports groups by 0.22 percent; and
