Abstract

The NTP of Southeast Sulawesi in September 2024 was recorded at 116.62 or an increase of 0.25 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 116.34.
The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is a comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) to the price index paid by farmers (Ib).
The NTP is one of the indicators to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. The NTP also shows the exchange rate (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed or for production costs.
The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of Southeast Sulawesi in September 2024 increased by 0.25 percent from 116.34 to 116.62. This increase in the NTP was due to the price index received by farmers (It) falling by 0.32 percent, while the price index paid by farmers (Ib) fell by 0.56 percent.
