Enumeration of Primary / Secondary Data in Quarter IV in 2018 was carried out by Wahyuni (Staff of the Nerwilis Section) and Kasmada (KSK Lasusua) in the District of Lasusua. The enumerated samples were 6 (six) respondents, namely the Department of Agriculture in the plantation, Department of Agriculture in the livestock department, BPKAD, Lasusua gas station, 2 (two) plantation farmers, and 2 (two) farmers. Secondary data collected at the Agriculture Office and BPKAD was carried out by Wahyuni by integrating data on the Goods and Services Sector Secondary Data Inventory, while data collected with Lasusua gas station respondents, plantation farmers and breeders was conducted by Kasmada and integrated with the Quarterly Budget Realization data collection. IV Year 2018. The data collected in this survey include:
1. Department of Agriculture, Plantation Section, collected data on the total area of the plant, area of immature plantations, number of immature plants, and costs of maintenance of plants that have not produced in the fourth quarter of 2018 and the results of confirmation for quarter I-III 2018.
2. Department of Agriculture of Animal Husbandry, data on the total number of livestock collected, number of immature livestock, and cost of care for livestock that have not been produced in the fourth quarter of 2018 and the results of confirmation for quarter I-III in 2018. Constraints in collecting this data are costs care provided by the Agriculture Service both plantations and livestock has relatively not changed costs over the past 2 years. They have difficulty in implicating the costs of unpaid treatments, such as water.
3. BPKAD, collected data on the realization of APBD in the fourth quarter which included regional retribution, other legitimate regional revenue (PAD), personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, capital expenditure, and social assistance expenditure, and village funds. In addition, requesting the balance sheet of the realization of the North Kolaka Regency in 2015-2018.
