Abstract

The Construction Internship Index (IKK) publication in 2018 in North Kolaka Regency, published by the Kolaka Utara Regency Central Bureau of Statistics, is the sixth publication containing the Kolaka Utara Expansion Index (IKK) in 2017. The index illustrates the expensive construction level of North Kolaka Regency compared to the reference city (City of Surabaya).
IKK data was obtained from the results of the Overpriced Price Survey Special construction materials for construction / construction, heavy equipment rental, and wages for construction services carried out in North Kolaka Regency. Data is calculated based on quarterly price data in July 2016, October 2016, January 2017, and April 2017. Respondents who were the source of data in the survey activities consisted of wholesalers / distributors, retailers, contractors, and Public Works Agency. The weighing diagram of IKK calculation uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and data on the realization of the Regional Budget (APBD). IKK in 2017 is one of the main components used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for Fiscal Year 2018.
