Abstract

The publication of the Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Kolaka Utara Regency 2023/2024 is an annual publication which published by the BPS-Statistics of Kolaka Utara Regency. This publication contains information on index numbers presented in tabular form. The index illustrates the costly construction level of Kolaka Utara Regency compared to the reference city (Semarang City). IKK data were obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages conducted in Kolaka Utara Regency. Data is calculated based on quarterly price data collected in July 2022, October 2022, January 2023, and April 2023. Respondents who were the source of data in the survey activities consisted of large traders/distributors, retail traders, contractors, and Public Works Offices. Weight calculation of IKK uses data from Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). IKK 2023/2024 is one of the main components used for the calculation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2023 Fiscal Year
