Abstract

Construction Cost Index (IKK) illustrates the high cost of construction of Kolaka Utara Regency compared to the reference city (Surabaya City). The IKK data is obtained from the Survey of Price of Price of Construction, especially for construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages which are carried out in Kolaka Utara District. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data for July 2015, October 2015, January 2016 and April 2016. Respondents who are the source of data in the survey activities consist of wholesalers / distributors, retail traders, contractors, and Public Works Offices. The calculation diagram of IKK calculation using data Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and data realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure (APBD). The 2016 IKK is one of the main components used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) of Fiscal Year 2017.
