Abstract

The percentage of poor people in September 2020 is 11.69 percent, up 0.69 percentage point against March 2020 and up 0.65 percentage point against September 2019.
The number of poor people in September 2020 was 317.32 thousand people, an increase of 15.5 thousand people in March 2020 and up 17.35 thousand people against September 2019.
Percentage of poor people in urban areas at September 2020 amounted to 7.62 percent, up 0.48 points against March 2020. Meanwhile, the percentage of poor people in the regions rural areas in September 2020 rose 0.43 points from March 2020.
Compared to March 2020, the number of poor people in September 2020 in urban areas decreased by 3.71 thousand people (from 76.93 thousand people in March 2020 to 73.22 thousand people by September 2020). Meanwhile, rural areas rose 19.21 thousand people (from 224.89 thousand in March 2020 to 244.10 thousand people in September 2020).
During the period March - September 2020, the Poverty Line rose 3.39 percent, that is, from IDR 356,444 per capita per month in March 2020 to IDR 368,529 per capita per month in September 2020.
In September 2020, on average, poor households in Southeast Sulawesi has 5.14 household members. Thus, the amount of the Poverty Line per household The average poor is IDR 1,894,239 / house poor stairs / month.
