The number of passengers departing by air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province in April 2024 increased by 28.95 percent

Abstract

The number of domestic air transportation passengers departing in April 2024 was recorded at 61,559 people, an increase of 28.95 percent compared to March 2024, which was recorded at 47,739 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in April 2024 increased 24.28 percent compared to March 2024, from 47,824 people to 59,436 people.

The number of domestic sea transportation passengers departing in April 2024 was recorded at 181,642 people, an increase of 68.54 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 107,775 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in April 2024 was 147,349 people, an increase of 51.26 percent compared to March 2024, which was recorded at 97,414 people.

The number of goods unloaded from domestic ships in April 2024 decreased by 85.57 percent compared to March 2024, from 4,497,955 tons to 649,250 tons. Meanwhile, the number of goods loaded by domestic ships increased by 15.28 percent compared to March 2024, from 3,225,886 tons to 3,718,940 tons.
