Abstract

NTP index Sulawesi Tenggara in January 2017 recorded 97.72 a decrease of 0.65 percent over the previous month which was recorded at 98.37. NTP index each subsector recorded as follows: food crops subsector (NTPP) 92.26; Horticulture Subsector (NTPH) 89.86; Smallholder Crop Subsector (NTPR) 96.07; Livestock Subsector (NTPT) 106.45; and Fisheries Subsector (NTNP) 113.94. While the National NTP index of 100.91, down by 0.56 percent from the previous 101.49. In January 2017, the national 10 provinces experienced an increase NTP index, while 23 other provinces experienced a decline in the index. The highest increase was recorded in the province of Riau by 0.69 percent, while the largest decrease was recorded in the province of South Sulawesi by 1.70 percent. In January 2017, Southeast Sulawesi Province recorded an inflation rate of 0.62 percent rural. This occurs because of the increase in the price index in all groups namely: foodstuff by 0.46 percent ;. food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco 0.98 percent; housing 0.59 percent; clothing group of 0.48 percent; health group 0.59 percent; education, recreation and sport 0.35 percent; as well as transportation and communications by 0.80 percent.
