Opening of Training of Food Crops Survey Officer 2018 BPS of North Kolaka District

Saturday, April 28, 2018, Head of North Kolaka Regency BPS, Hj. Sitti Mawiah, SE., M.S officially opened Training Officer of Food Crops BPS Survey of North Kolaka Regency in 2018. In his speech, he said that the agricultural sector is one of the sectors that become the government's focus today. This sector has a quite important role and the attention of various parties. One of the agricultural sub-sectors that has a very strategic role is the food crops sub-sector, which includes rice and palawija crops.

The important role of the food crops subsector is in terms of meeting the food needs of Indonesian society. Given the importance of the role of the food crops subsector, information on the production of crops is accurate and describes the current conditions. One of the important information needed in the calculation of food crop production is the yield per hectare (productivity) that is collected routinely every subround through the Ubinan Survey. Through the ubinan survey also can be obtained information broad data of rice crops, plant crops, land use, tools / machinery and agricultural institutions, and seeds.

Because of the importance of the data generated from this tile survey, the head of North Kolaka BPS hopes that all trainees can truly participate in this training so that all participants can improve their capability and understanding of good and proper data collection procedures.

Training officers Food crops surveillance of North Kolaka BPS was conducted at Lasusua Diamond Hotel with 15 participants. The training participants consisted of 9 people from the District Statistics Coordinator (KSK) and 6 staff of BPS Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Training officers This food crop survey is guided by the Inda instructor of Yuyu Ananda SST Pramadya.
