The implementation of Susenas field enumeration in March 2018 has ended on March 20, 2018. Along with the completion of the enumeration time, the next stage is the processing of Susenas document in March 2018. Susenas document processing consists of receivingbatching, editing-coding, data entry, data compilation, and tabulation. For receiving-batching, editing-coding, and data entry activities will be carried out entirely at the Regency / City BPS. For data compilation and tabulation activities conducted at provincial and central BPS.

receiving, document batching and editing / coding (editing / encoding) are part of the pre-computer activities that must be performed before data entry is done. The result of the pre-processing process of the computer, especially the process of editing / coding, greatly affect the processing with the computer. The results of good editing / coding will speed up the data entry process.

To implement the stages of this processing activity, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Kolaka District divides the tasks to each team. Receiveing batching is done in By Administration Department, while editing coding is done by the editor team. Meanwhile, for the data recording team using partner power that has been experienced to assist data entry conducted by North Kolaka BPS. This data entry activity is under the supervision of the IPDS Section. Prior to entry data, all partners who are members of the Team entry first in the briefing to explain the procedure of data entry.

During the data entry process is not found a significant constraint, so that data entry activities can take place smoothly and completed in accordance with the target time set. Number of documents submitted by BPS Kab. North Kolaka is a total of 880 documents, consisting of 440 VSEN18.K documents and 440 VSEN18.KP documents. all of this document is the result of direct data collection in the field. The data of Susenas data collection in March 2018 of North Kolaka Regency BPS was conducted in 44 Census Blocks spread throughout the subdistricts in North Kolaka District. The total number of samples interviewed was 440 households.
